Easy, affordable. We aim to please. And remember, a portion of every purchase made with us goes to help homeless animals, so when you shop with us, you’re making a difference.
Low, Low Flat Fee Shipping to Most Destinations World-Wide
Our low, low flat fee shipping applies to most destinations world wide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, Poland, Germany, France, Spain, and most others.
Exceptions: There are just a few international destinations such as the Caribbean Africa, South Africa, Cuba, and Chile that are not covered by our flat fee shipping due to the increased cost of shipping to those destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location with our low flat feel shipping we will advise you immediately and you will have the opportunity to either cancel your order, or chose an upgraded shipping option.
Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 2 – 4 weeks for your order to arrive. In order to keep shipping costs low for you, we use the most economical shipping methods possible, so that means shipments may arrive in as little as two weeks, or they may take up to 4 weeks in transit. Some items may ship directly to you from the manufacturer or overseas warehouse, so some orders may take a few days longer. This allows us to save you money on shipping costs so you pay less. In addition, by using the most economical shipping options in order to keep our costs as low as possible more of your purchase goes to needy animals rather than to shipping companies :). So please plan on allowing about 4 weeks for delivery. If you need your order more quickly, expedited shipping options are available.
